The XXL Smoker is topped with cast iron grills, evenly distributing heat, so once it’s hot, it stays hot, eliminating the need to constantly rotate the meat! What’s more enticing is how simple it is to clean the barbecue after a day of grilling, the coal tray and grill are easily removable and the barbecue itself requires a quick wipe down.
